Once a session has been paid for refunds are available up to 48 hours before the service. If a refund is requested within 48 hours of the event, Blue Collar Elite reserve the right to withhold the payment and decline the refund.
Prior to 48 hours before an event, the customer reserves the right to ask for a refund on a session or product. 100% of the payment will be refunded to the customer if a refund is requested before this window.
If a refund is needed/requested, the customer also has the option to use the amount paid as a site credit. All requests for this must be emailed to the business email address ([email protected]).
